Thank you for your purchase from Simpei. We hope you are satisfied with your product(s). However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with the return process.

Return Conditions:

1. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The product must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as received.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories.
4. Returns must be pre-arranged by emailing: Simpei123@hotmail.com.
5. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by [Company Name]. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
6. Once the returned product(s) are received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Returns at your own expense

How to Return:

1. Contact us via email at Simpei123@hotmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for returning.
2. Securely package the product in its original packaging.
3. Ship the product to the address provided upon initiation of your return.
4. Please retain the shipping receipt as proof of postage.
